All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We and our dealers attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

All items listed on this website are listed at a non-negotiable price, unless you have a written document of approval from management. Your personal information will not be used until we have your approval via email or phone call, at which point you will receive an email receipt once payment has been collected. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by us.

The cost of shipping will be properly calculated once you submit a “Custom Truck Request Form” form. Some items may require special handling due to their size and/or weight, which will result in an additional charge.  Once the final cost has been determined, you will receive an invoice via email with your total purchase cost and invoice / purchase order number that you can pay online or call our office with your purchase order.

All vehicles sold by P.I. Custom Trucks are sold in an “As Is” condition, as listed in the signed Bill of Sale Agreement. Under this contract, you are agreeing to accept the vehicle in its current “as is” condition, and therefore forfeit any rights and/or opportunities to request any returns.
